IMMERSION ENGLISH (ie) ON LINE is a specialized course focused on Customer Service and Marketing.
 
The goal of this program is to help enhance the skill level of each ESL student.  This is accomplished by introducing the student to native English speakers in a real life situation; the resource to be used is SKYPE®.  Each ESL participant will be prepared for the  BUSINESS ENGLISH CERTIFICATE (BEC)
exams from the Cambridge University Press.

Length of course: 
52 hours per MODULE (which can be taken at your convenience)
There are two modules that must be completed in order to complete the entire course.
  

  
Ø  Lessons are all taught in English  
Ø  Audio comprehension is accomplished by taking notes & explaining the details of the data transmitted  
Ø  Dictation, you will learn to listen, repeat & write information transmitted     

Ø  Reality Call draft preparation.
Ø  Debating, you will learn to talk about something at length and in detail, especially as part of a formal exchange of opinion.
Ø  Phrasal verbs review.
Ø  Weekly e-mail formulating ideas development & sentence structure.

What is a RealityCall?
 
The main idea of this Oral Rating Scale (ORS) is to prepare you starting at the point of your need by applying an oral test that will indicate your position or scale of Beginner A1-A2, Intermediate B1-B2, and Advanced C1.  
 
 
This exercise will only take you 15 minutes and can be held on skype at contactocostarica.
